The physical and chemical properties of these materials are strictly tested to maintain quality control, and ensure the use of only the best possible raw materials. No raw materials can be used until they have been lab tested and deemed qualified.

Prepolymerization is of paramount concern when it comes to manufacturing polyurethane elastomer products. Our reactor is exclusively used for the synthesis of PU elastomers. It can strictly control the reaction, thus ensuring the prepolymer is highly stable and delivers an outstanding performance.

Before packaging, the prepolymer must undergo a comprehensive range of tests. Main testing points include NCO, viscosity, performance and manufacturing techniques, among others. Only those prepolymers that have passed all tests can be stored in the semi-finished product area. This provides a reliable guarantee on the production of good-quality and stable products.

Manufacturing of PU elastomers involves prepolymerization and casting techniques. During production, we don't use any additive that may affect the performance of the product. We take strict quality control measures in every aspect, spanning from prepolymer temperature, chain extender/crosslinking agent dissolving, plate vulcanizing machine control to mold design precision. This ensures our products possess accurate dimensions and outstanding physical properties.

In order to improve the stability and overall performance of the products, we perform secondary vulcanization on our products.

We have established a state-of-the-art test center, where we test the physical properties of every batch of products. Our diverse range of test facilities include but are not limited to the tensile strength and compressive strength testing machine, hardness tester, thickness gauge, impact resilience tester and pipe pressure tester. This can ensure our products have consistent physical properties and excellent stability.

We have maintained sufficient inventory to ensure prompt delivery of products and ensure customers do not wait for products on back order. Hundreds of thousands of finished products are kept in stock, and these products are available in nearly a thousand specifications and models. We can assure our customers of the quality, quantity and delivery time.

Bubble elimination
The existence of bubbles is a key factor that influences manufacturing quality. Our skilled workers can carefully remove all the bubbles to ensure product quality.

The products are molded after the bubbles are removed.

Demolding

Our mold warehouse contains a large number of molds.

We can produce molds and products according to your drawings.

The molds are orderly placed on the shelfs.

Secondary vulcanization
In order to improve the stability and overall performance of the products, we perform secondary vulcanization on our products.

The semi-finished products will go through a secondary vulcanization.
